You've built the career. The income. The reputation.
So why does it feel like something's still missing?
Therapy for high-achieving men and driven professionals who are tired of white-knuckling their way through life.
Built for the person who handles everything, except this.
You optimize your mornings. You have a financial strategy. You know your macros. But when the noise stops, when the phone is down and the room is quiet, you’re left with this feeling. A low-grade hum of anxiety that you can't explain. A numbness where presence used to be.
You're not broken. You're depleted. And you've probably been that way for longer than you'd like to admit.
I work with:
Entrepreneurs and working professionals who are crushing it publicly but drowning privately
Men who learned that being strong means never needing help
Second-generation AAPI adults carrying the weight of two opposing cultures simultaneously
Couples who love each other but keep having the same argument over and over
This is a space to finally be honest, and do something real with that honesty.
I draw from Mindfulness, CBT, EMDR, Gottman Method, and other evidence-based tools, and I adapt them to fit you, not the other way around. My approach is direct but grounded. We won't circle the same issue indefinitely. We'll move with purpose, at a pace that honors both where you are and where you want to go.
Good therapy isn't just talking about your problems. It's changing your relationship with them.

Every first session is different, but you can expect an open, judgment-free conversation. We'll talk about what's been going on, what's brought you here, and what you're hoping to get out of this. You don't need to have it all figured out before we start, that's what we're here to work through together.
-
All sessions are held via secure video through Zoom. You'll receive a link before each session and can join from wherever feels comfortable: your home, your office, wherever works best for you. It's designed to be simple, private, and easy to fit into your schedule.
-
Most clients start with weekly sessions, especially in the beginning when we're building momentum and getting to know each other. After a few weeks, we'll check in on how things are going and adjust the frequency based on what feels right for you and your goals.

That really depends on you; your goals, your pace, and what comes up along the way. Some people find meaningful relief in a few months. Others find value in staying longer as the work deepens. There's no set timeline. What matters most is that you're making progress and that every session feels worthwhile.
