  • Virtual therapy provides a convenient and accessible way to connect with a therapist from the comfort of your home. Through secure video calls, phone conversations, or messaging platforms, we’ll engage in meaningful discussions just as we would in-person. This flexible format is perfect for those with busy schedules, making mental health support more reachable than ever. Many clients appreciate how virtual therapy creates a safe and private space to explore their thoughts and feelings.

    Once your initial session is scheduled, you’ll receive an email inviting you to your personalized client portal, where you can complete all necessary intake paperwork before our session. The day before our appointment, you’ll receive a secure Zoom link via email for our video session. On the day of your session, simply click the link, and you’re all set to go!

  • Therapy is a personalized journey, and the frequency of our sessions will be tailored to your unique needs. Typically, new clients will meet with me weekly for the first six weeks. This initial period is crucial for establishing a solid foundation for our therapeutic relationship. After those first few weeks, we’ll take the time to re-evaluate your progress and determine if any adjustments are needed moving forward.
